Make brushing a game
Two minutes, twice a day is easier with a routine kids own: let them pick their brush, play a favorite two-minute song, and brush together — children mirror what they see. A simple sticker chart turns streaks into pride. Until about age 7 or 8, follow up with a quick “parent pass” to reach the spots little hands miss.
