These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of simeondental.com (the “Site”), operated by Geraldine F. Simeon DDS PC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational — it is not medical advice
The content on this Site, including any patient-education material and the interactive “Know Your Teeth” and “Antibiotic Dose Tracker” tools, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a dentist–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of Dr. Simeon or another qualified provider with any questions about your health, and follow the instructions on your prescription label. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
2. Appointments and the Dose Tracker
Appointments are arranged by telephone; the Site does not provide real-time online booking, and submitting our callback form does not confirm or reserve an appointment. The Antibiotic Dose Tracker is a convenience tool that builds a printable schedule from information you enter; it performs no medical judgment, stores nothing, and must not be relied upon in place of your prescriber’s instructions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its accounts, or its servers; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach its security or authentication measures; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests; scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users; upload or transmit malicious code; or use the Site to harass, defame, or harm others. We may suspend or restrict access that violates these Terms or threatens the Site’s security or availability.
4. Please do not send sensitive information through the Site
Our callback form is for requesting a return phone call only. Please do not submit medical history, insurance details, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Information you choose to submit should be accurate and your own to provide.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the practice’s branding, and the design and code of the Site — are owned by Geraldine F. Simeon DDS PC and its developers and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own informational and patient purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as printing a page for your own reference.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information — including IP addresses and website analytics — collected through the Site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
