How appointments work
All visits at our office are by reservation, made over our direct phone line. Call us, tell us what you need — a checkup, a specific concern, or an urgent problem — and we’ll reserve a time that fits your schedule. No online forms to fight with, and no double-booked waiting room.
What to bring
Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card, a list of medications you take, and any recent dental x-rays if you have them. Arriving about ten minutes early gives you time to complete a short health history without feeling rushed.
Your first visit
A typical first appointment includes a conversation about your dental history and goals, a comprehensive exam with an oral cancer screening, digital x-rays when needed, and — in most cases — a professional cleaning the same day. You’ll leave with a clear picture of your oral health and a plan in plain language, with costs discussed before anything is done.
Insurance & payment
We accept dental PPO insurance plans and will help you understand your benefits before treatment begins. If you’re unsure whether your plan applies, call with your member information and we’ll check for you.
